As regatta organizer, Fishing Bay Yacht Club occasionally has leads on rental homes or space with members in Deltaville, convenient to the regatta site. FBYC is not an agent or broker and provides these leads as a convenience only. Beyond this, visitors should handle all arrangements and details of keys, etc. with the property owners, because it is not appropriate or feasible for FBYC to be further involved in these private transactions.

4 Bedroom home with Central Air on Fishing Bay Rd

Just posted for rent on 7/12/2010. Plans have changed and we have a white New England style clapboard home with central air available for rent from July 16-25 for $2500. It has a deep-water dock and long pier on Jackson Creek. It is a five-minute walk to Fishing Bay Yacht Club. Situated on a 2 acre lot with gardens & one other neighbor, the First floor consists of Living Room, Open Kitchen with all conveniences, Dining comfortably for 8, Family Room with skylights, and a master (king bed) and bath. Fishing Bay Residence

Fishing Bay Waterfront House available to share for rent at 619 Stove Point Road, easy distance to the regatta site. Resident family is also participating in Opti Nationals and will be staying in separate upstairs bedroom of home. Remainder of house has three other bedrooms (sleeping room for 8-10) and two bathrooms available. Two twin beds in first bedroom and two twin beds in second bedroom with a shared bathroom in between. In addition there is a large bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (four beds total), as well as a trundle bed and pull out sofa with private bath. We have a 5 bedroom house with two queen beds 5 single beds and one double futon and lots of floor space. This house is located in the Middle of Jackson Creek across from the Jackson Creek docks. One “dormitory” with queen, two doubles, two singles and full bath. One with two queens and one single and half bath. Dock on Jackson Creek for small boat mooring. Suggested that children walk to FBYC bath house to shower, as owners grandchildren do, due to water supply limitations common to FBYC area. $1,500 for July 16-25. $200 damage deposit and 50% rent due upon signing. Hunton Creek Condo

Condo owner in residence will rent two extra bedrooms, one with double with private bath and one with two bunkbeds, and allow kitchen access, wireless internet, and CATV with Blueray. Mathews County

The Mathews County Visitor & Information invites you to view the cottages and Bed and Breakfasts available in Mathews, Virginia, located across the Piankatank River from from Deltaville. It is approximately 20-25 minutes from Deltaville via the Piankatank River Bridge on Route 3. The Mathews Cottage Program is hosted by the Visitor Center and is waterfront rental property owned and operated by Mathews’ residents. Each cottage is unique. You may view each cottage via the web. You will find photos of the cottages, information on the sleeping accommodations, rates and amenities. Many have a kitchenette and some will even accommodate your sail boat, be sure to ask when you call. The contact information on the owners is listed on each page.
