Outlook for Friday, July 23

July 23, 2010 7:36 am

With no sailing on the championship course yesterday, the sailors start out racing today in the championship divisions.  Based on their position from day 1 racing, the sailors have been put into 4 divisions with the best 67 sailors in Gold, then Silver, then Bronze, and then Pearl.

Today is going to be the hottest day of the regatta so far.  Be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen and drink water.

A couple of SI changes were posted which clarify how the championship series will work.

The Green Fleet will continue with some on-land instruction first thing followed by racing and coaching on the water.
