Can You Hear Me Now?

Ask those who frequent Deltaville why they like the town and most likely one of the reasons they give is the opportunity to get away from it all. Deltaville may seem a little far out, but for those who need to stay connected, the major cell networks should have you covered.

Verizon has great coverage throughout the commonwealth of Virginia. Most everywhere has 3g coverage including Deltaville, the surrounding areas where visitors will be staying and out on the sailing area.

AT&T just recently brought 3g service online in Deltaville. So far it seems to work best near town and points east. The regatta site has good 3g service as well as most of the sailing area. Those staying west of Fishing Bay Road along the Piankatank may have difficulty with service. Additionally coverage is very spotty 5 minutes east of Saluda until about 5 minutes West of Deltaville along the main approach (Route 33) into Deltaville. iPhone users can breath easy, your phone will work at the regatta!

Sprint has good coverage around the Yacht Club and in town. It should work just fine at the sailing area and suffers the same spotty coverage along 33 west of Deltaville that AT&T has.

T-Mobile has no coverage starting about 10 miles from Deltaville.  If you need cell coverage it is recommended that you pick up a pay-as-you-go phone that uses one of the other networks..

Need Wifi access? We’ll have more details on that coming soon.
