We'll do our best to keep up with this as the regatta nears. You can greatly help those coming from long distances to update your list of accommodations to include status of availability (assuming inns and hotels will let organizers know of vacancy / non-vacancy status in exchange for free listing). Otherwise we are spending time spinning our wheels calling establishments without availability. Why list such places if no longer available?
